Basketball Queensland introduced the Queensland Junior Club Competition (QJCC) in 2022. 

To be held at Cornubia Park Sports Centre, Chandler Arena and Rowland Cowan Stadium from Saturday 1st to Monday 3rd October, the tournament will give teams the chance to compete against clubs from all over Queensland, outside of their associations and regular competitions.

The competition format will see clubs able to enter teams in Under 13, Under 15 and Under 17 age groups, with each team’s ladder points to go towards their club’s overall points tally throughout the tournament.

Bonus points will also be awarded to each team based on Finals placings. The club with the highest points total at the end of the tournament will be crowned the overall Club Champions.
