Queensland State League
The Queensland State League brings together some of the top athletes from across South and Central Queensland across three divisions.
About
The Queensland State League (formerly SBL) competition has been split into five divisions including Division One, Division Two, Youth League One, Youth League Two and Youth League Three.
Basketball Queensland introduced the QSL Youth League competition in 2022 to replace the Under 21 junior representative competition. This competition provides a pathway to high-level competition for young developing players, players at their pinnacle, and players who have stepped down from elite competition. In 2025, the competition has grown to 76 teams, from 17 associations that will compete in over 600 games.
